iQOO 15 launched with 7000mAh battery and 16GB + 512GB storage to compete with OnePlus 15

iQOO has launched its premium Android smartphone, the iQOO 15, in India. It comes with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. While the company’s premium phones are typically associated with gaming, this time iQOO has tailored the new phone to the needs of gamers as well as other users.

The iQOO 15 features a 6.85-inch M14 LED OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate. It also features a triple ambient light sensor and anti-reflective coating.

Powerful Chipset

It is powered by Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. To support this, the phone features an 8K vapor chamber cooling system. This phone will run on OriginOS 6, and the company will provide OS updates for five years and security updates for seven years.

In India, the iQOO 15 is priced at ₹72,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version and ₹79,999 for the 16GB + 512GB model. The iQOO 15 will compete with the OnePlus 15, which launched in India earlier this month.
